I have never had such an experience with them! They didn't post my review on Godfather's Pizza because it wasn't following the guidelines. I didn't get a reason why. So, they basically purposely remove bad reviews! Stay away from TripAdvisor!

You are not promoting free speech and truth. You basically refuse to submit my real experience with a restaurant which makes you unreal and probably a website made to support propaganda or other people's agendas.

You share only the information that suits you which makes you a fake platform!

Have just been made to feel totally unwelcome in the unfriendliest of establishments!!! The pub was full granted, so I sat on an available seating area in between two occupied tables to await a free table so I could order food - a bolshy waitress came over and tried to move me - I insisted I was not infringing on either of the tables to the side of me, but she unreasonably insisted I relocate to the crowded bar which I was not comfortable with as I am claustrophobic- I left my full drink in disgust - avoid this establishment like the plague - deserves to go under 0/20

We always have a very good experience when we stay Red Roof Inn and Suites in Corbin Ky. Ruby always meets all of our requests and meets our needs.
We ask for first floor on parking lot side because we have both have health issues. She always checks on to see if we need anything.
i would recommend her to any of my friends.

We have just returned from 3 Weeks staying at Sweet Meadows Camping at Clifford Bridge on the East Dartmoor. What a wonderful find , very quiet , peaceful, plenty of room to spread the camp and only £16.50 per night for 2 of us and dog . Roger and Wendy are so caring , and friendly, as are the 3 ponies in the paddock. Highly recommend the site if you’d like to camp a bit on the wild side , and close to all attractions on Dartmoor

I went on a all/day trip to Bath, Windsor and Stonehenge with the tour group Evan Evans through Trip Advisor. Our tour operator was Richard. It was one of the best tours I have been on. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was LOSDED with interesting information and stories about the places we were traveling to. I felt like I was taking an Art History course in one day! It was excellent!

Your existence is useful, productive, worthy and truthful. I’m just happy you’re around to keep us in line, in order, in check and still with class.

Iv used Tripadvisor for many years however Iv noticed they only allow positive reviews at certain places. I’m not sure if they have some kind of partnership with them or what but they rejected my review of a hotel for no reason, I raised a query and they just ignored me.

Just to double check I logged into my other account and tried to leave a negative review for the same hotel. This time it was kept basic- I wrote I didn’t like the food and entertainment. Only a short paragraph not too specific and it was also rejected. I looked at the other reviews left for the same hotel and they were all positive which was strange considering the negativity on social media.

Makes me doubt their honesty now. I always figured they were impartial but i don’t believe this to be the case.

They also won’t allow me to post any more reviews since this one hotel review. They ignore my emails when questioned. Disappointing as Iv been leaving mostly positive reviews for the past 10 years.

I have used them for many years including for reviews, house bookings and tour bookings. Little to no issues. Decent platform.

There was a room service guy in WelcomHotel ITC Dwarka, Sevendra Kumar great guy. Great service. Kind, considerate and respectful.

Recently, a scammer left a totally false and misleading review accusing our business of malpractice. This same poster has posted similar reviews under alternate accounts on every large review site stating the same things in an attempt to hurt our business. Trip Advisor allows their review to stay intact but will not allow us to post a response. It is becoming increasingly frustrating and they will do absolutely nothing to help us.

i was a member on Tripadvisor , i have traveled over 60 countries , my account has about 700 reviews , everything is gone , they deleted all my reviews and photos and videos , i dont know why , it was a very big waste of time , they dont even answer my emails. Avoid platform .

Trip advisor is a terrible reviews platform. We've had many fake reviews which trip advisor refuse to take down. Unlike many other platform like Google and Facebook. It's just a money making company. I wish you could just remove your listing it such a bad horrible business. I now no longer look or reply to reviews I wish this company nothing but to fail and fold

A dreadful and painful experience. In future I will only book directly with a venue, not through any 3rd party. Due to an accident on our tramline, we were delayed and missed the 10.30 start to the tour at the Shonbrunn Palace. There was only 1 tour a day and we flew home the next day. The telephone number on our downloaded paperwork took us to an unmanned phone line where noone called us back. The palace made us pay again to enter and Viator the TripAdvisor agent refused to refund. This cost us £75 and TripAdvisor are uncontactable and all their links just take us back to Viator. As an aside, there were no queues to beat and we could have got in cheaper at the gates. The audio guides we paid for were also perfectly adequate.
